Suomalaiset tiedelehdet DOAJ-rekisteriin / Infotilaisuus 3.12.2019

Tällä lomakkeella ilmoittaudutaan kaikille avoimeen Suomalaiset tiedelehdet DOAJ-rekisteriin -infotilaisuuteen  3.12.2019 klo 10-12 (Tieteiden talo, Kirkkokatu 6, Helsinki, sali 104).

Ilmoittautumislomakkeessa antamasi tiedot ovat vain tilaisuuden järjestäjien tiedossa. Tietoja käytetään tilaisuuden käytännön järjestelyihin sekä tilaisuuden käytännöistä tiedottamiseen. Muihin mahdollisiin tarkoituksiin tietoja käytetään vain, jos olet antanut lomakkeella siihen suostumuksesi. Tietoja säilytetään vain niin kauan kuin tapahtuman järjestämisen vuoksi on tarpeellista.

Tilaisuus videoidaan ja siitä otetaan valokuvia. Tilaisuudesta otettuja videotallenteita tai valokuvia käytetään myöhemmin tilaisuuden uutisoinnissa.

This form is used to register for Suomalaiset tiedelehdet DOAJ-rekisteriin event (Finnish scientific journals to the DOAJ) on December 3, 2019 from 10 am to 12 pm (House of Science and Letters, Kirkkokatu 6, Helsinki, room 104).

The information you will submit in the registration form can be seen only by the organisers of the event. The information will be used for the purposes of practical arrangements of the event and for informing you on the practicalities of the seminar. The information will be used for other purposes only if you have explicitly given your permission for these purposes when submitting it. The information is stored only as long as it is necessary for purposes related to the event.

The seminar will be recorded on video and photographed. Members of the audience might appear on these videos and photographs. The videos and the photographs will be used in disseminating information about the seminar proceedings.
